  • Pinot Gris
    Tasting Notes:

A deliciously dry, crisp Pinot Gris. Fresh aromas of lemon zest, pear and stone fruit, followed by flavors of peach and green apple. A sturdy acid backbone with lovely mineral notes makes this easy to enjoy on its own or with any seafood, veggie, or light pasta dish.

    Region:

    Washington & Oregon

    Vintage:

    2022

    Winemaking:

Harvested at night when temperatures are cool, and the skins are at their most firm, then gently pressed early the next morning. The resulting juice was taken to tank, settled until clear, and transferred off the solids into separate tanks to begin a long, cool fermentation. After fermentation, the wines rested on lees in 100% Stainless for six months before the best lots were blended and bottled.

    Region:

    Oregon

    Vintage:

    2022

    Winemaking:

To create a wine that truly captures the essence of Oregon Pinot Noir, we carefully selected vineyards from several sources throughout the region. By blending these lots together, we were able to create a wine that perfectly expresses the unique flavor profile that can only be found in Oregon. After crush, we cold-fermented in open-top vats using hand punch downs and then aged for 10 months in 20% new French oak.

Aromas of ripe Italian plums perfumed by notes of violets, ripe red cherries, and a subtle hint of soft leather, backed by velvety tannins and a touch of minerality.

    Region:

    McMinnville, Willamette Valley, Oregon

    Vintage:

    2021

    Winemaking:

Just north of the Van Duzer Corridor, nestled in the foothills of Oregon's Coast Range, the gentle slopping bench of Hyland Vineyard is in a uniquely isolated spot. This cool microclimate results in a long and moderate growing season, allowing for an extended and more uniform ripening period. Hyland's biodynamically farmed vineyard focuses on its biodiversity and volcanic Jory soil, farming each of the founding blocks by getting out of the way and letting each block become the wine it wants to be.

12 months 50% Neutral French, 50% New French. With each clone aged separately before final blending.
