What makes Portlandia special is our view on life—play hard, work later! Being from Oregon, we love Pinot—Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Rosé of Pinot Noir. We hope you do too!

Our Wines

  • Pinot Gris
    Tasting Notes:

Bright aromas of citrus zest and lemon meringue with crisp, mouthwatering acidity. Incredible minerality and a smooth finish, the citrus and tropical fruit flavors continue to linger on the palate for several minutes.

    Region:

    Willamette Valley, Oregon

    Vintage:

    2020

    Winemaking:

A warm, dry summer brought early September ripening to our 2020 Oregon Pinot Gris harvest. The result was balanced sugars and acidity. After fermentation, the wine rested on its lees in 100% stainless steel.

  • Rosé
    Tasting Notes:

This blend is tight and focused, with lovely citrus blossom and rose petal scents lifted by a splash of white aromatics. Fresh aromas are followed by flavors of strawberry and watermelon, structured by a bright, refreshing acidity.

    Region:

    Willamette Valley, Oregon

    Vintage:

    2020

    Winemaking:

We fermented Pinot Gris on the skins for 7 days and Pinot Noir (separately) following just enough skin contact to capture a bright salmon color. After resting both wines on the lees, we blended a splash of Gewürztraminer and a healthy dose of Riesling and Müller-Thurgau to lift the aromatics. Generous acidity contributes to a well-balanced wine.

  • Momtazi Pinot
    Tasting Notes:

Expressive aromas of fresh blackberry and Bing cherry lift off the nose with hints of spice, cocoa and a dash of nutmeg. On the palate, flavors of strawberry, red currant and fig are backed by subtle hints of tobacco and vanilla. The bright acidity and polished, fine-grained tannins contribute to a rich, textured body. Bold and structured, this is a Pinot Noir that can be enjoyed in its youth or matured through 2027 and beyond.

    Region:

    McMinnville, Willamette Valley, Oregon

    Vintage:

    2019

    Winemaking:

This biodynamic wine is 100% Pinot Noir from the Momtazi family’s vineyard south of McMinnville, OR.
