  • Pinot Gris
    Tasting Notes:

A deliciously dry, crisp Pinot Gris. Fresh aromas of lemon zest, pear and stone fruit, followed by flavors of peach and green apple. A sturdy acid backbone with lovely mineral notes makes this easy to enjoy on its own or with any seafood, veggie, or light pasta dish.

    Region:

    Washington & Oregon

    Vintage:

    2022

    Winemaking:

Harvested at night when temperatures are cool, and the skins are at their most firm, then gently pressed early the next morning. The resulting juice was taken to tank, settled until clear, and transferred off the solids into separate tanks to begin a long, cool fermentation. After fermentation, the wines rested on lees in 100% Stainless for six months before the best lots were blended and bottled.

Aromas of ripe Italian plums perfumed by notes of violets, ripe red cherries, and a subtle hint of soft leather, backed by velvety tannins and a touch of minerality.

    Region:

    McMinnville, Willamette Valley, Oregon

    Vintage:

    2021

    Winemaking:

Just north of the Van Duzer Corridor, nestled in the foothills of Oregon's Coast Range, the gentle slopping bench of Hyland Vineyard is in a uniquely isolated spot. This cool microclimate results in a long and moderate growing season, allowing for an extended and more uniform ripening period. Hyland's biodynamically farmed vineyard focuses on its biodiversity and volcanic Jory soil, farming each of the founding blocks by getting out of the way and letting each block become the wine it wants to be.

12 months 50% Neutral French, 50% New French. With each clone aged separately before final blending.

  • Red Blend
    Tasting Notes:

Aromas of raspberry, black currant and mocha lead into rich flavors of black cherry, huckleberry and dark chocolate. Rich and fruit forward, this juicy red blend pairs perfectly with BBQ ribs or grilled peach salad.

    Region:

Horse Heaven Hills, Columbia Valley, Washington

    Vintage:

    2020

    Winemaking:

Fifteen months in a combination of 20% new and 80% used French oak barrels. The 2020 vintage in the Columbia Valley was shaped by another cooler than usual growing season, beginning with a moderate spring that led to a later bud break. Temperatures throughout the summer remained temperate and mild. This allowed the grapes to ripen slowly and develop a great concentration of flavor, while maintaining bright, with a balanced acidity.
