    Sea Monster starts with a traditionally made white wine blend, then we use our very low-temperature spinning cone column vacuum distillation system to remove the alcohol and maintain the wine’s aromatic flavors and satisfying mouthfeel. No added flavors or colors are used. This method preserves an enjoyable wine experience without the alcohol.
