Wine Hooligans Custom Wine Services offers a full range of winemaking solutions, including sourcing, production, design, APO2 hosting, De-Alc, bottling/canning, and more. Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring high-quality wine production that aligns with your vision. 

BevZero US provides innovative solutions for the removal of alcohol from wine, and other beverages. Using state-of-the-art very low temperature spinning cone column technology, BevZero US enables producers to create non-alcoholic or reduced-alcohol-level beverages while maintaining as much of the original beverage flavor profile and quality as possible. 

We have experience producing a wide variety of beverages, including still wines, sparkling wines, low and non-alcoholic wines, and more. Our team works closely with clients to create products that match their desired taste profiles and market needs. 

Clients can supply their own bulk wine or use our bulk wine-sourcing services to help you find the perfect fruit for your wine and take advantage of our buying power. We do not offer custom crush services at this time.

The timeline for wine production can vary depending on factors such as the type of wine, aging requirements, and production volume. On average, the process takes several months. We will provide a detailed timeline during the initial consultation.

Traditional 750 ml, 375 ml, and 1.5 L sizes are available on our bottling line. Our canning line can handle a wide variety of sizes including 250ml sleek, slim and super. We also offer 12 oz, 16 oz and other standard sizes. Please contact us for specifics.  

Our White Label program allows you to buy a minimum of 2 pallets (112 cases) of our standard non-alcoholic wines in shiners (no labels applied). You then apply your own labels, or we can provide that service as well. This program gives you a low-cost opportunity to enter the non-alc world. 

At present, we have available a Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon and a Columbia Valley Sauvignon Blanc. Coming soon are Chardonnay, Rosé, Sparkling Brut, Pinot Grigio, and a Red Blend! Contact us today for updated offerings.

Yes. Our in-house design team can work with you on label design and printing options for an additional charge. 

Yes! Private Labels give you an exclusive trade name and label design for your market. We have label designs and trademarked names available, or you can supply your own. We handle these projects from start to finish, including sourcing the wine, procuring labels, bottles and capsules, to bottling and warehousing the final product. Contact us to learn more.

Numerous factors influence the cost of Private Label wines. The primary element is the base wine, which varies significantly in price depending on its origin. For instance, Chardonnay from Carneros is much more expensive than Chardonnay from Central Valley, so your choice of base wine will greatly affect the overall cost. Additionally, packaging plays a crucial role; ornate etched bottles come at a higher price than standard ones. We can tailor a Private Label to fit almost any budget; it ultimately hinges on your specific preferences.

While you have the option to buy your own dry goods, we offer this as a service to most of our clients. They benefit from our purchasing power and also love the fact that we handle all the details of procurement, QC and testing.  

BevZero US uses an advanced technology known as Very Low Temperature Vacuum Distillation in our spinning-cone columns to remove alcohol. This method enables the highly selective and virtually total capture of completely undamaged fragile aroma/flavor compounds, and then alcohol as required from any liquid.  

BevZero US can process a wide range of beverages, including wine, cider and spirits. We work with producers to ensure the final product meets their specifications. 

Yes, BevZero US’s technology ensures that the non-alcoholic beverage retains as much of the original beverage’s quality, flavor, and aroma as possible. Our goal is to provide a product that meets the same high standards as the original. 

For de-alcoholization, we require at least 200 gallons for our services. White Label products (see above) have an MOQ of 112 cases and our minimum case requirements for creating your own Private Label start at 560 cases.

Yes, it varies based on the product. We have successfully incorporated ingredients like Ashwagandha and other supplements and natural flavors in the past and can work with you to create unique products. Using additives and supplements allows for marketing to a wider or more specific consumer base. At this time we are unable to work with THC in our facility.
